This price is for 2-4 people only. Additional persons will be charged at £50 per person per week up to 7 people. This house is extremely well equiped and the price for out of season includes the central heating. Also included in the rental price is a comprehensive welcome pack to see you through your first night, plus a change of linen and a quick clean half way through a 2 week booking.

A 50% deposit of total rental is required to secure the booking, paid either by cheque or bank transfer. Confirmation of booking and receipt of payment will be made by e-mail. Balance is required approximately 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, together with a refundable breakage deposit of £100. Cancellation charges: up to 8 weeks - deposit; up to 55 days - 60% of the total cost; up to 28 days - 100% of the total cost. Keys are available from meet-and-greet taxi driver.
